Description
Station Square is a three-building condominium project with ground floor retail in the first building.
The architecture presents as a collection of smaller structures with varied masonry façades in contrasting colors, respecting municipal requirements while capturing the area's historic aesthetic with contemporary elements.
Amenities include a fitness center, community room, and pool. Station Square successfully balances local history with modern luxury condominium living, setting a new standard for residential development in the area.
My Role
As Project Manager for WDG Architecture on the Station Square development, I coordinated all aspects of the architectural process while serving as the primary liaison between design team, client, and construction partners. Beyond standard project management duties, I focused intensively on aligning design decisions with the client's pro forma, ensuring the project achieved both architectural excellence and financial viability throughout all phases of development.
